Steve, Paradigm Group CEO, brings over 35 years of investment experience, previously serving as CEO of a gold trading arm linked to a Portuguese Refinery after a career in investment banking. He has negotiated high-level contracts across Africa and recently relocated to Dubai from the UK after several years in the UAE.

Anthony Hawkins
COO
Anthony, a former UK police officer and learning and development manager with over 35 years of experience, specializes in operational policing, training, and security consultancy. His career includes roles in crime investigation, public order management, VIP protection, armed interventions, and counter-terrorism, with a master’s degree in Educational Practice from Bath Spa University.

Oran Hawkins
After completing his studies, Oran joined a wealth management firm in Bath, becoming the primary point of contact for Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs). In March 2020, he moved to the Paradigm Group, assisting with capital raises. Oran’s passion for property development now occupies much of his time. His fondness for motorbikes, stemming from his Isle of Man childhood, continues, and he enjoys fitness and golf.
